this is a poem I wrote in science for earth day. Its not that great, but the illustration is something I'm proud of but here's the poem:
a world of *darkness*
built by the ash
of what used to be
before the world *crashed*
Before man
and all of his plans to succeed
his corporate wealth
and his unruly deeds
Surrounded by *flame*
the earth will *burn*
until we have
nowhere to run
There was once _life_ and _light_
_peace_ and _joy_
a _beautiful_ place
with no man in sight
A _light_ shines through
the *endless* black void
only to be consumed by the *darkness*
that we cal _home_
But now the world is *black*
full of *emptiness* and *sorrow*
and pretty soon
we won't live to see tomorrow
XD I wrote another one about puppies and flowers cause hunter said it was too "emo" but I gave it to him so I no longer have it :P
I'll try to get a picha of the illustration though :D
